Items marked Free Shipping Eligible, are eligible to be shipped for Free when combined with other items for a combined Order Total of at least $48.95. All items are marked with Free Shipping or Free Shipping eligible Icons on the product thumbnail and the product item detail pages. Orders exceeding a total weight of 10 lbs, oversized, and overweight items are not eligible for Free Shipping. This offer is valid for All Orders requesting any Shipping Option within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by air and Ground Shipping is not available. APO/FPO addresses are excluded from this offer. Orders exceeding a total weight of 10 lbs, oversized, and overweight items will incur additional shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned merchandise. SHIPPING TIMES AND GENERAL INFORMATION:
Before we ship your order, we process your order, and verify your credit card information. If we cannot process your order we will contact you. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.
The receipt of your order depends upon the shipping method you choose during the order process. We offer a variety of shipping services from Standard Ground Shipping to Next Day Air. All shipments of orders received on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. Ground Shipping is estimated to be 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Actual shipping times vary by your location, product and ship method. If the item you order is out of stock we will email you with an update on the status of your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Shortly after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a shipping confirmation, including your Shipping Tracking Number within 1-2 business days, or be notified of any delay at that time. Registered Customers may also track the status of their order(s) at any time by logging in and going to the My Account section of the site.
Returns Policy and Quantity
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in it's original condition with packaging to Paragon Sports via an insured, trackable shipping service or you may return the merchandise to our retail store within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
All Custom Knives and Climbing Equipment are FINAL SALES and are not returnable.
Please use the address label from the packing slip for all returns. If you lost the address label, send all returns to ParagonSports.com., Returns Department, 24 East 18th St., New York, NY 10003.
Paragon Sports reserves the right to limit quantities on any item ordered.
