    Returns Policy and Quantity

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in it's original condition with packaging to Paragon Sports via an insured, trackable shipping service or you may return the merchandise to our retail store within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
  • All Custom Knives and Climbing Equipment are FINAL SALES and are not returnable.
  • Please use the address label from the packing slip for all returns. If you lost the address label, send all returns to ParagonSports.com., Returns Department, 24 East 18th St., New York, NY 10003.
  • Paragon Sports reserves the right to limit quantities on any item ordered.

    International Orders

  • At this time Paragon Sports does not accept online orders shipped to an International address. We do accept International American Express and Diners Club credit cards for orders placed to domestic addresses. Customer Service is available during our store hours, Monday thru Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Eastern Time. 800-961-3030 or 212-255-8889.

    Free Shipping Terms and Policy

  • Items marked as Free Shipping will be shipped Free with Standard UPS Ground Shipping. Items marked Free Shipping Eligible, are eligible to be shipped for Free when combined with other items for a combined Order Total of at least $48.95. All items are marked with Free Shipping or Free Shipping eligible Icons on the product thumbnail and the product item detail page. Orders exceeding a total weight of 10 lbs, oversized, and overweight items are not eligible for Free Shipping unless each item individually is less than 10lbs. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO's. If the item is being sent to P.O. Box or APO, we will send it USPS at no additional charge.   • Shipping Times and General Information

  • Before we ship your order, we process your order, and verify your credit card information. If we cannot process your order we will contact you. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.
  • The receipt of your order depends upon the shipping method you choose during the order process. We offer a variety of shipping services from Standard Ground Shipping to Next Day Air. All shipments of orders received on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. UPS estimates to us Ground Shipping as 3-5 business days depending on your location. You may check the status of your order by putting your order confirmation number into order status.
  • Actual shipping times vary by your location, product and ship method. If the item you order is out of stock we will email you with an update on the status of your order.
  • How will you contact me regarding my order, order tracking and order status?

  • Shortly after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation please contact us at Customerservice@paragonsports.com. You will receive a shipping confirmation, including your Shipping Tracking Number within 1-2 business days, or be notified of any delay at that time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Paragon Sports accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. You may also use a Paragon Sports Online Gift Certificate.

I returned my item, when can I except my refund to be processed?

We make every effort to expedite the processing of your refund or exchange. Once we receive your package, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your refund or exchange request to be processed.

Do you offer price matching?

ParagonSports.Com strives to offer the widest selection of name brand sporting goods at the most competitive prices available anywhere. If you find a lower price for any of the items available on our website we’ll match that price plus give you 15% of the difference between our price and our competitor’s lower price.

Do you accept international orders?

At this time we do not ship to international addresses. We are able to accept International American Express cards that are verified and shipping to United States addresses. If you have an American Express Card and are shipping to addresses within the United States, you will need to contact us Customer Service Department at 212-255-8889 or 800-961-3030 to assist you in this matter. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday-Saturday 10:00-8:00 EST, and Sunday 11:30-7:00. We are unable to accept international Visa or MasterCard at this time.

Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in it's original condition with all packaging to Paragon Sports via an insured, traceable shipping service within 30 days from the receipt of your order. The following exceptions apply: -All custom knives are final sales and are not returnable. -All climbing equipment items are final sales and not returnable. -All Briefs and undergarments are not returnable.

Paragon Sports wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, return your unused item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.


Return Instructions

  1. Fill out the return portion of the original packing list and indicate the reason for your return.
  2. Pack the item you are returning along with all tags and your return slip.
  3. Affix the preprinted return label included on your packing list to the outside of the box.

Return/ Exchange Hints

  • Send your package via UPS or FedEx. If you send it via USPS please insure your package and take advantage of USPS’s Delivery Confirmation Service.
  • If you no longer have your packing list, please include a letter with the following information: Your name, address, phone number, order number and return reason.
  • Exchanges: To ensure item availability, we recommend you place a new order immediately. Exchanges are only processed for the same item in a different color or size. All other exchange requests will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

  • The following items are not returnable:

  • Mounted Skis, Climbing Equipment, Custom Knives, Scuba Equipment and Athletic Supporters
