Absolutely. Post-rental, garments are inspected for damage/wear & tear before being sent to be professionally cleaned. After cleaning, the garments are passed through a thorough 12-point inspection and every garment is given a tag that indicates it has been fully inspected, cleaned, and is ready to hit the slopes.
What else do I need to wear for my day on the mountain?
The best way to manage the changing conditions that you might experience on the mountain is to dress in layers. The first layer should be a breathable next-to-skin layer that wicks moisture away from your skin. This will eliminate any cold clammy feeling and will keep you from getting cold. Materials like cotton and flannel should be avoided. The outer layer is most important for protection from wind, snow, and rain. Our waterproof, windproof, & breathable GORE-TEX jacket and pant combo will provide the most protection & comfort on the slopes. For additional warmth, an insulating mid-layer can be worn over top of the wicking layer. Typical mid-layers can be sweaters or vests and can be constructed of fleece, down or synthetic insulation, or wool. Don't forget moisture-wicking socks, gloves, and the hat or helmet combo of your choice.
