Paragon Sports wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging, including vendor seal, to Paragon Sports via an insured, traceable shipping service or you may return the merchandise to our retail store within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
How do I return my order?
Mark the original packing slip with the items to be returned.
If you are returning an item that was shipped to you as a gift please indicate so.
Pack the item securely and in the original packaging, if possible. Enclose the returns portion of the original packing slip with the item.
We recommend that you send your return via an insured and traceable shipping service. Make sure to note the tracking details.

Return / Exchange Tips
Send your package via UPS or FEDEX. If you send it via USPS please insure your package and take advantage of USPS’s Delivery Confirmation Service.
If you no longer have your packing list, please include a letter with the following information: Your Name, Address, Phone #, Order #, and Reason for Return.
To ensure item availability, we recommend you place a new order immediately. Exchanges are only processed for the same item in a different color or size. All other exchange requests will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
The following items are not returnable: mounted skis, climbing equipment, custom knives, scuba equipment, athletic supporters, and under garments.
Paragon Sports reserves the right to limit quantities on any item ordered.

If our order requires verification, we will contact you by Phone or E-Mail. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by the issuing bank.
Actual shipping times vary by your location, product, and ship method. If the item you order is out of stock, we will email you with an update on the status of your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Shortly after you place an online order, we'll send an automatically generated confirmation. If you do not receive your order confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been processed in shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation, including your Tracking Number. Registered Customers may also track the status of their order(s) at any time by logging in and going to the My Account section of the site.
Paragon Sports provides an expedited process at our main entrance 867 Broadway (between 17th and 18th Street).
Same-day pickup orders will be available for pickup typically within 2 hours from the time you place your order. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be available for pick up the next day by 12 PM EST.
To take advantage of this option please select in-store pickup in your online order.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE STORE?
CAN I SELECT TO PICKUP CERTAIN ITEMS AND HAVE OTHERS SHIPPED?
Only one shipping method is available per transaction. If you would like to have additional items shipped to you, you will need to process a separate order.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER?
We hold orders for 10 days before returning.
What are the safety and care guidelines for the store?
All employees are required to wear a face-covering at all times when in the store. We’re also enhancing our COVID-19 cleaning procedures with thorough, frequent cleanings of high-touch surface areas, in addition to our daily standard cleaning services.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Paragonsports.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For In-Store and Phone Orders payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
I returned my item, when can I expect my refund to be processed?
We make every effort to expedite the processing of your refund or exchange. Once we receive your package, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your refund or exchange request to be processed.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time we do not ship to international addresses. We are able to accept International American Express cards that are verified and shipping to United States addresses. If you have an American Express Card and are shipping to addresses within the United States, you will need to contact us Customer Service Department at 1-800-961-3030
to assist you in this matter. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday-Saturday 10:00-8:00 EST, and Sunday 11:30-7:00.
We are unable to accept international Visa or MasterCard at this time.
Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in its original condition with all packaging to Paragon Sports via an insured, traceable shipping service within 30 days from the receipt of your order. The following exceptions apply:
ALL CUSTOM KNIVES ARE FINAL SALES AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

How can I change or cancel my order?
After you have clicked "Purchase" your order begins to process and we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please contact our customer service department at 800-931-3030 for further assistance with this issue.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status by logging into your account and checking your order status. If you did not log in to an account or create one, we would be more than happy to update you. You can reach us via Chat, Email or by giving our customer service department a call.
Once shipped; you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped along with your tracking number.

We would be more than happy to check our inventory for that item for you; we do carry more items in our store than we have displayed on our website. Paragon Sports is a family-owned business that has been serving New York City since 1908. As a leader in the sports industry, we have always been customer-focused and innovative. This means we are constantly reevaluating the products that we carry and adapting to evolving preferences. There has been considerable innovation in the non-fur products that we have to offer and we recognize that many of our customers have grown to prefer these fur-free products. As such, last Winter was the last season of bringing fur products into our store. We are confident in our ability to provide our customers with the most unique and technologically advanced products available for a more conscientious and sustainable future.
Note: Our fur-free policy allows for ethically sourced sheep fur products referred to as “shearling” or “sheepskin.”
