What are Paragon’s business hours? 

Our store business hours are 11AM- 7PM 7 days a week. *Please check daily for any potential store hour updates.

What are the safety and care guidelines for the store? 
All employees are required to wear a face-covering at all times when in the store.    
We’re also enhancing our COVID-19 cleaning procedures with thorough, frequent cleanings of high-touch surface areas, in addition to our daily standard cleaning services. 
How do customers shop in the store? 
In an effort to help as many customers as possible while protecting your health and the health of our staff, we are limiting the number of customers allowed in at a time. Please wait in line at the socially distanced markers on the sidewalk. 
Please note that all customers must wear face coverings and practice social distancing at all times when in the store. 
We ask that you sanitize your hands (hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance), 
Only touch what you are interested in buying. Our experts will be on-site to help you find what you need. 
 Try-ons will be limited to footwear and equipment only (and may be limited). No apparel try-ons are permitted at this time.

Are NYC Parks Tennis Permits and Day Passes/Reservation tickets available for purchase at this time? 
NYC’s tennis season is delayed until further notice. At this time, we have suspended tennis permit sales for the 2020 season. If you have already purchased a tennis permit, it will be valid through 2021. 
What are my options for payment? 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Cash.  However, we strongly prefer that cash is not used currently. 

 If I have questions regarding in-store and online products, purchases, or policy; who do I speak to?

Due to longer than normal call volume, there may be a delay. We will be unable to check the availability of items in-store. 


 What is Paragon Sports' general return policy during this unprecedented time? 

We have 30 Day return policy. 
What if I’ve missed my return window because Paragon Sports has been closed since March 17th? 
Example: We closed our store on March 17th. If you purchased something on March 17th you will have 30 days from 6-22 to return the item. If you purchased something on March 7th you will have 20 Days from 6-22 to return the item and so on and so forth. We will be strictly enforcing this return policy.   
What is the procedure for returning Youth Seasonal Ski Rental Equipment? 
Update as of 09/01/20: Our original ski lease return date was 04/01/20 to receive a full deposit. This allows us to prepare and tune our skis for the upcoming season. However, due to the challenges of this year, we have accommodated our customers by allowing them to return up their skis by 09/01/2020 to receive their full deposit back. For customers who were not able to return their skis by the previously extended 09/01/20 deadline, we have made further accommodation. Any Ski Leases received after 09/01/2020 and before 09/30/2020 will be eligible for their deposit to be refunded to a promotional gift card in the value of the original deposit.  This promotional card will expire on 10/15/2020. There will be no cash refunds offered at this point. Please bring your receipt and credit card from the original transaction with you.  



What does in-store contactless pickup mean? 
Paragon Sports is providing an expedited process at the entrance on 867 Broadway between 17th and 18th Street. For the safety of our associates and customers, there is no need for physical contact throughout this process.  

What is the turnaround time for In-Store Contactless Pickup? These orders will be available for pickup typically within 2 hours from the time you place your order. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be available for pick up the next day by 12 pm. 
What is required to claim an In-Store Contactless Pickup? 
Customers will be required to provide government/state-issued identification and matching order confirmation receipts. Only the person placing the order can claim this pre-paid merchandise. 
Is there designated parking for curbside pickup? 
 No designated parking is available. 
What products are available via In-Store Contactless Pickup? 
Only items on our website that can be added to the cart are available via In-Store Pickup.  Some exclusions include certain oversized items such as Bikes, Weights, Heavy Bags, and Coolers. 
Can someone else pick up my In-Store Contactless Pickup order? 
No. At this time, we require the customer who has placed and paid for the order to be the customer who claims the order. 
How long will my In-Store Contactless Pickup order be held? 
 10 days 
Can I have items available for In-Store Contactless Pickup shipped to me? 
No, we will refund the original order and you can place a new order.
