Here's how it works:

  1.   Add products to your Shopping Bag                     
  2.  If the products in your Shopping Bag are eligible for Same-Day Delivery, you'll be able to select the Same-Day Delivery option at the Shipping Options Page.
  3.  You'll receive an order confirmation email.

Important note: Same-Day Delivery & product availability are not guaranteed.  Orders subject to Payment Verification may cause delays.

How do I qualify for Same-Day Delivery?

Same-Day Delivery is available in Manhattan below 125th st. in Manhattan. 

We're sorry, but we're unable to provide Same-Day Delivery to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses

Orders over $500 require a signature when the delivery arrives.

What are the shipping fees for Same-Day Delivery?

All orders fees will be based on you distance from our Store at 18th st and Broadway

What should I do if I'm running late or won't be home in time for my delivery?

Orders under $500  don't require a signature and will be left at the delivery address.

Orders over $500 require a signature.  If you're unavailable to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, we will cancel you order and refund you for your purchase minus shipping fees.

How do I reschedule my delivery time?

To reschedule your delivery, contact Customer Service at 212-255-8036.

How do I return an order delivered by Same-Day Delivery?

You can return Same-Day Delivery orders by mail or in-store.  For more return information, please click here.

How do I change or cancel my Same-Day Delivery?

You have 15 minutes to change or cancel your Same-Day Delivery order after you have placed it.  For more details, please click here.
